De Langhe Attorneys assist Vybros in the acquisition of Demeyer Construct

The acquisition was carried out, in a partnership between Vybros and Bernard Steverlynck, in the form of a 100% share deal. In the position of manager, Bernard Steverlynck has taken over Demeyer Construct’s operational management since the acquisition. He is assisted by the company’s former owners Geert Demeyer and Carine Knockaert, who are still actively taking part in the process of continuing Demeyer Construct’s success.
