De Langhe Attorneys assist Obton in refinancing its senior debt with Rabobank

In December 2016, the Danish investment fund Obton asked our firm for assistance with the refinancing of Fieva.

Fieva is a Belgian company with 40 photovoltaic installations and a total capacity of 12.85 MWp. The company was acquired in April 2016 from Enfinity, through a 100% share deal.

De Langhe Attorneys coordinated the Belgian project and thus guaranteed a succesful acquisition and refinancing. Our corporate and tax team closely worked with the different stakeholders to cover all aspects of the deal.
